In creating my art work my intention is to combine image and process to create new and unpredictable images. I delight in discovering patterns and rhythms in nature and creating mysterious, layered images.

The surface may be gorgeous, but look below and you find layers of meaning and emotion. Capturing emotion with a few swirls of paint is elusive. There is a feeling of a memory, just out of view, like a footprint in the sand washed away by the surf.
